Fighting doubts and internal demons is a huge impediment to success. Fear of failure, fear of looking stupid, fear of rejection are often lurking just below my consciousness and pop up at the most inopportune times. Thats when I remember this quote, suck it up, and do what I know has to be done. It really highlights the downside of inaction.
